Jilihh Responsible Gaming: Where PAGCOR's Own Tools Sit
Responsible gaming in the Philippines is administered by PAGCOR, not by any individual site, and its tools apply regardless of which platform a person plays on. This page states what PAGCOR itself has published on the subject, so that a reader knows where the real limits and support come from before assuming a casino site sets them.
PAGCOR’s rules already bar several groups from play entirely. Under PD 1869 as amended by RA 9487, and Malacañang Memorandum Circular 6, series of 2016, the barred groups are: government officials and employees connected directly with government gaming operations, members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine National Police, persons under 21, persons listed on the National Database of Restricted Persons, and holders of a Gaming Employment License. Anyone in one of these categories is excluded by PAGCOR’s own rule, not by a platform’s choice.
For anyone who wants to stop playing for a fixed period, PAGCOR runs a self-exclusion programme with three lengths to choose from: six months, one year, or five years. The six-month option is irrevocable once applied for, meaning it cannot be shortened or cancelled partway through. All three are applied for online through PAGCOR’s own Self-Exclusion Application Portal, which asks for an image of a government ID and a selfie to confirm identity.
A separate family exclusion programme also exists, letting a spouse, child or parent apply to have a family member excluded rather than waiting for that person to apply themselves. Both programmes sit with PAGCOR directly, not with any casino brand, which is why neither a deposit limit nor a self-exclusion request can be arranged through this site.
Anyone needing to reach PAGCOR about responsible gaming, including questions about self-exclusion or the family programme, can email ResponsibleGaming@pagcor.ph. No other phone number, hotline or organisation is named on this page, because none has been confirmed as part of PAGCOR’s own published responsible gaming programme for this build.
Outside of PAGCOR’s formal tools, the basic practice that protects a bankroll is deciding an amount before play starts and treating it as final rather than negotiable once a session is underway. A budget that is adjusted mid-session, upward after a loss or downward only in theory, has already stopped doing the job a budget is for. Deciding the figure and the stopping point in advance, away from the moment itself, is the one step within a player’s own control that does not depend on any operator’s settings.
